New Double Issue on the Future of Organizing

Organisation & Samhälle is a research journal that brings academic insights into public conversation exploring, questioning, and challenging the ways we think about organizing, leadership, and governance. The journal highlights how business economics and organizational studies intersect with the social, cultural, and political challenges of our time.

We’re proud to collaborate on this publication and excited to present the latest double issue: “Utopian and Dystopian Visions of Organizing and Governance.”

This issue takes on the complex question: What kind of future are we organizing for? Through a series of thought-provoking articles, the contributors explore how ideas about the future shape our ways of managing, collaborating, and understanding organizations as places where both idealism and control, hope and fear, coexist.
